If you like Cantonese style, this place is great, especially for Cantonese noodle soup. However if you are looking for authentic mainland Chinese food, not here.

I'll never order from Go Noodle again. They weren't great, but they were usually relatively fast and it was the usual Chinese delivery slop - nothing special, but generally edible if you're really hungry. However, tonight was the last straw. This was at least the third time that I ordered shrimp dumplings and got pork dumplings. I called, they said they'd send over the correct item and, surprise, surprise they never returned with the correct item. On another occasion they omitted an item that they said they were "out of", but never called to tell me this and were more than happy to take the money for something they didn't deliver. Horrendous customer service - they just don't care.

The delivery was within the time frame provided, the shrimp and vegetables were delicious and the price was great. The only thing they can improve on is the flavor of the egg roll and improve the pork fried rice, which is dry.

Delivery took a little longer than stated, but the food was good- not too greasy. Really enjoyed the wonton soup.

very bland and oily Chinese food. the only thing I really like from here is the pork bun, which is overpriced IMO.

Top notch. Outstanding big soups with broth and ingredients in separate containers. The best spare ribs in the city. All menu items are delivered extremely hot as though they just came off the stove. Delivery usually takes about 35 minutes at most

Ordered here bc of the 5 star reviews but should have looked closer at the most recent ones. Food came and it was just meh. Best part was the egg roll. Chicken and veggies were soggy and pretty gross. Plus, never received a confirmation email from them so I didn't even know if they got the order. Delivery was quick but just showed up without the email. Won't be going back. There's a million more Chinese places in the area.

Best Chinese food in the neighborhood! Always fast, reliable, great food every time. Their noodle soup is the best! Definitely my go-to Chinese delivery spot.

I've eaten in this restaurant and had a nice meal. Unfortunately, the delivered meal, which came promptly, was tasteless and the "crispy" scallops, prawns and chicken were flaccid and anything but crispy. In short, they were awful and the kitchen should never allowed them out of the restaurant. A sad story for these nice people.

I cannot rate the food as it never came. The listed wait time was 20-35 minutes. I called after 1 hour to confirm that the order was received and was told it was on its way. The individual who answered the phone pretended to know which order I was refering to but it was apparent that he gave the typical "it's on its way" answer. Food never came. Terrible customer service.

The description said delivery in 20-35 minutes. After 45 minutes I called and they said it had already been sent. 20 minutes later I called again and they said once again that it had already been sent. The restaurant is 2 blocks away. After another 15 minutes cold food arrived with no sauces or chopsticks. I would highly recommend ordering from one of the many other chinese restaurants that deliver on time, hot food and include sauces and utensils. This place is rude and unprofessional.

Ordered Diced Chicken with Cashew Nuts, it didn't smell or taste too good. Also ordred an eggroll...very greasy and flavorless. Disappointed with this food.

They are always fast, and generous with the food. The delivery is pretty fast now especially they have the food tracking now, there is always a reminder of a text message if my food is out or not yet. LOVE It and also, they always gives extra cookies and as well as pineapples as requested !

How in the world this place has even one star is beyond me, I gave it one because I couldn't submit my review without any stars selected. I can't rate based on food because after 2.5 hours of waiting and three phone calls later (the final one was to seamless to cancel the order) it never arrived. When I called the restaurant after an hour and then after two the gentleman was sooooo rude and said both times "it's on the way". Don't waste your time- no delivery is worth this.

Finally, first time I've ordered something on seamless that 1) came on time and quickly and 2) was exactly how I ordered it. Food was tasty. If you are looking for regular good old-fashioned NY Chinese take out, this place fits the bill. It's not fancy, it's not complicated. Which is what I wanted. Tasted delish and was delivered quick. Will definitely use this restaurant anytime I am ordering from seamless.

Good Chinese food with fast delivery. My order was correct and the food was tasty.
Posted 2 years ago by David K.
Usually pretty good, but I only like their appetizers. For whatever reason, the rest of the food is just meh to me. They have the only decent cold sesame noodle in the city, so that's what keeps me coming back for more. Food aside, they usually deliver pretty quickly and foods usually still hot when it arrives.

Fast delivery and the food was delicious. Im very picky about scallion pancakes and dumplings and both were on point here. There wasnt a single item i didnt enjoy. So happy I finally found a good Chinese fast food place nearby :)

This is classic Chinese food -- meaning all the American-ized items I grew up with. Unlike the reviews I'm seeing, I have never had an order mixed up or delivered incorrectly. Deliveries are fast. The food is fine ... it's plain ol' Chinese and Go Noodle has been my go to for lunch for a couple of months now.

I love the Jumbo Shrimp, good deal for the price and lightly breaded...fast delivery but the delivery person needs to smile a little more...
Posted 2 years ago by Simon h.
I agree with the past two reviews. The food is bland and the protein and vegetable servings are tiny.
Posted 2 years ago by alyssa t.
Quite possibly the blandest food I have ever eaten. Had to re-cook the fried rice. No flavor other than the saffron in the yellow rice. There is a reason why yellow rice should not be used when making a fried rice. The wonton were cold and rubbery. Will never order from here again as we basically threw away the entire order. This place should not call itself an Asian restaurant.
Posted 2 years ago by Albert G.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR A BETTER RESTAURANT!!If I could give them a zero I would. I ordered and in less than 10min. My food was delivered. That would be great, however how can you freshly cook food that quickly, I probably got a mis order. Then I opened the container, the portion was tiny and I payed extra for extra chicken. And there were no vegetables. What a complete joke. Then I called and spoke to them about my order, they yelled at me! Let me repeat that they had the gull to yell at me saying I didn't know what I was talking about. For $15 through Seamless, it is not worth the money. Then they said that the reason it is more expensive is just that, it's because I ordered through Seamless. With so many Asian restaurants here on the UES, I can't wait to spend my money on better food and service elsewhere! Can't wait to FB, Tweet, rate on menu pages.....etc

not horrible, but not so good

I ordered two different noodle soups, one with beef and one with shredded chicken. They were both very bland and without any spices or flavoring, just broth, some spinach and bean sprouts. The one plus was that the ingredients seemed fresh.

On time delivery. Delicious!
Posted 2 years ago by Myrna M.
Horrible. No flavor whatsoever. It's like they just added food coloring to the fried rice to make it brown. The chow mein had zero flavor as did the shrimp with lobster sauce. Surprisingly the soup had a ton of pepper--it basically tasted like diluted chicken broth with pepper. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!!!

this place used to be good but as of late their attitude has gone down hill. I placed an order and asked instead of using chicken in my noodle dish that they substuiture with tofu (which is WAY cheaper than chicken). They wanted me to pay $2 extra to add the tofu instead of the chicken. When I asked why they would charge me $2 for a cheaper ingredient they said it was because it was a "special" order. When I asked how much it would be if I kept the noodle and added the tofu they said it was also an extra $2. I decided to just keep the chicken and when I received the order there was literally slivers of chicken in the entire dish. We used to order from here at least twice if not 3 times a week...NO MORE.

Very good Wonton & Roast Pork Noodle Soup. Love the wontons.
Posted 2 years ago by Kathleen G.
Are you kidding with all the positive reviews? A curry dish being bland in a Chinese restaurant? But his is exactly what this was... dried up, frozen many times over shrimp and bland, airport cafeteria style ready-made-sauce.
Posted 2 years ago by Katherine L.
The food wasn't good enough to raise this rating based on the service.
The estimated delivery time was 20-35 min...it took 80+ minutes to arrive.
I called the restaurant to ask about my order and was told it was already on it's way, yet it took another 35 minutes to arrive. The General Tso's chicken comes in big thin pieces instead of chunks, even when asking for the white-meat only option. The boneless spareribs and the cold sesame noodles are decent. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE...AT ALL.
I should've read the reviews and not base my decision solely on the 5-star rating...that baffles me...
Posted 2 years ago by Uri B.
Paid extra for the white meat option with the sesame chicken and it was not white meat or it was some lousy pieces of white meat. Fried rice was yellow not brown. Delivery was on time.

Took over an hour and was cold
Posted 2 years ago by Christopher R.
For starters, the order had an approximate wait time of 20-35 minutes (which was fine with me). However, it took the restaurant 75 minutes to deliver the order (sesame chicken + wonton soup). I called 2 or 3 times and each time they told me the food was on the way, which could not have been true as I do not live that far from the restaurant.
Onto the food - the soup was good but the chicken was terrible. General Tso's chicken is a pretty standard dish at Chinese restaurants. Whatever it was that the restaurant served me was fairly unappetizing.
Overall I will not be ordering from this place again.

Real chicken. Good (though not crunchy) sesame chicken. Thank you. Will order again.

Cheap... you get what you pay for. Large portions, mediocre taste.
Posted 3 years ago by Pia S.
I get this all the time for quick delivery. The food is OK. doesnt make you vomit. However i just have to say when you order "Capital Chicken" you expect something a bit more than chicken and vegetables, Or General Tso's.. INstead you get rotten chicken with a mushy mushroom. I mean can I have some flavor. It tastes like garlic sauce, brown sauce, oyster sauce, hot sauce, etc...and not for anything but it says red peppers, and it comes with green. I pay for the additional in the supermarket, so should they. Same old story with go noodle. Stale taste, stale review.

got my order wrong. wanted soup gave me eggroll. food too salty. they tried cut corners by deep frying the scallion pancakes, so I got something that's greasy on the outside, and mushy/doughy on the inside. not very appetizing at all. will not order again.

its been over an hour since I placed my order and still no food. When I called the restaurant to find out why I got three different answers: they were about to cook my food, they were cooking my food and my food had left. Unacceptable. Will never order from here again.

One of my favorite Chinese restaurants in the area. Always fresh, quick and delicious.
Posted 3 years ago by Tyler A.
Good food for the price, delivery typically takes under 20 minutes, however last week it took almost 2 hours. When it came it had fried rice instead of white rice. I was told they had 300 orders that evening, excusing the very long delay. I told them to stop accepting orders if they can't delivery on time. I'll let it slide once, otherwise I am very satisfied with the food and delivery most of the time..

delivery took an hour and half vs. website which stated 30-50 minutes. "House Chow Fun Noodle Dish" apparently does not come with noodles.

Took forever to get here but the food is really good. However, the woman at the restaurant was really rude when I called to ask when it would be delivered since it had been an hour with a 25-30 estmated delivery time.
Posted 4 years ago by Donna A.
The wait time said 20-35 minutes, and it's been an hour. When I finally called they said "10 more minutes", but they were obviously looking at the bag in front of them because I hear rustling. It's not even the lunch hour rush! I will never order from them again.
Posted 4 years ago by Ashley M.
Ordered a shrimp chow mein and I was perplexed when it came without noodles. Called up the restaurant and they said thats how chow mein is made. How is it chow mein if it doesnt come with noodles? On top of it they served it with a side of hair in my chow mein. Never again.

I <3 Go Noodle. The food is always hot and fresh, and delivery is ridiculously fast. Seriously, these guys take my order and have food at my door in less time than it takes me to walk up my stairs.
My fave menu items: chicken with cashew nuts, beef and broccoli, wonton soup, pork fried rice.
Least fave here: pork dumplings--I only ordered them here once, but they were super soggy.

Food is always great. They deliver on time and never disappoint. In addition, they claim they do not use MSG which is a plus for many customers including myself. Will keep ordering weekly!

I order different things from different Chinese restaurants and I go for any of the noodle dishes at Go Noodle. The only problem I have is that I have to meet the delivery guy downstairs in my building's messenger center. He calls from his cell phone saying he's there, but he's really just leaving the restaurant. So I waste a lot of time waiting around for him because HE doesn't want to be inconvenienced. I finally called the restaurant to report this and they actually acted like they could care less (the response was "yeah, yeah, yeah"). So while the food is 3 stars, the delivery service is NO stars.
